I started lifting weights and exercising as a freshman in college; once I started seeing how much it shaped my physique and how it uplifted my mindset, I kept going with it. Working in healthcare has given me a whole new appreciation for good health and made me recognize how important an active and fit lifestyle is to your well-being. Fitness has been an integral part of my life my entire adulthood- and I know what it feels like to fall off the bandwagon and feel frustrated about not seeing the progress you wish to see at the gym despite the hours of training. It wasn't until years into my own journey that I realized you can build an incredible physique without making fitness consume your life. I never thought in a million years as that person on the left that I'd be able to achieve the physique I'm in now. Do you take dietary constrictions into account?
Of course; Whether it's a preference in food or a restriction, I will take it into consideration and we will come up with a meal plan that works for you. My goal is to make sure you like the foods on your plan so sticking to them will come naturally.
Will I be doing the same workouts throughout the plan?
Absolutely not. It's essential that you switch your routine up every 2-3 months so you don't plateau. However, don't fret if there are specific exercises that you want to avoid or really struggle with, we will find what works best for you.
When do I receive the plan?
Typically you will receive it within the first 24-48 hours.
What do your plans include?
- While the durations of each package may be different, they all include meal plans and workout programs that are specifically designed to help you reach your goals. You will also be able to talk to me anytime throughout the plan if you have any questions, are encountering any challenges and to keep communication open throughout your progress. While some people like to buy packages at the gym and call it a day, solid workouts alone aren't enough to sustain progress. What you do outside the gym is just as, if not more, important and my plan helps provide you with the foundation to make changes that last beyond our time together.
